Urban planning

We create the best possible frameworks for urban life and constantly challenge established patterns in the planning of our cities. We achieve this by elevating architecture, urban planning, and engineering to a strategic level and engaging in close dialogue with the city's decision-makers.

When designing urban spaces, we consider a variety of factors and strive to find the right balance; traffic flow, pedestrian needs, current urban development plans and ambitions, climate protection, economics, and not least the needs that must be met to attract life to the area and create activity.

We have great respect and humility for political visions. Therefore, we always include urban planners, architects, and engineers in close dialogue with the client to ensure a sustainable implementation of the visions in the project. Throughout the design process, we focus on ensuring that the original vision is realized in its entirety. We combine knowledge in new ways, and it is crucial for us that we break with silo thinking as we develop our cities, focusing on a holistic view of urban planning.

Our strategic urban planners have extensive experience with, for example, developing alternative living forms, advising on planning strategies and master plans, mobility, strategic project management, and client advisory.
