We founded Nordiq Group A/S because we believe there is a gap in the Danish market.

Architects and engineers often operate too far from the strategic decisions that clients face. We aim to close this market gap, step up to the level of decision-makers, and provide much better advice to our customers.

We aim to create a unique workplace for the industry's talents, where employees are co-owners and where everyone feels involved and has a say. We find that the talents in the market feel constrained by the partnership structure that characterizes architectural houses and by the governance that prevails in the large consulting engineering houses.
